There was a newspaper published in the Port Jervis area from 1850-1924 called the Tri-states Union. If anyone has access to it or knows where I could write to find someone who does I need some information. I am looking for a birth announcement for Libbie Owen born on June 5, 1860. She is my great great grandmother and we know she was born in Orange County and now think she was from the Port Jervis area.
