I am looking for any information about the murder of my great uncle Walter J. Ashmead. He was supposedly murdered by one of the Riddle Twins and the other twin took the rap. I am just interested in newspaper articles, court records, etc. for the purpose of family history and it's affects on our family. This murder took place in Arkansas. Walter was born in Peel, Arkansas. He father owned farm land in Marion County.
I would appreciate any references to names of newspaper in the surrounding areas.
