His mom was Saloma/Salome Hoopopole/Hoopole/Whoopole?, and she was born sometime around the mid to late 1820s. Her husband was George Washington Mickey, and he was born in Jul 11, 1824 in Casselman, Somerset, Pennsylvania.

I would appreciate it if anyone might have any understanding of this seemingly rare surname.
