I am just wondering if anyone has an address or phone number to call and ask for one of these books. I would really enjoy having one before I go in for surgery. It would give me something to do. :)

I believe he has passed away and most of his books are out of print. If you put his name on the web, you will find most of his books. And you can retrieve them on an interlibrary loan. But unfortunately, you have to return them.
