I have a couple of old wedding photos of known family members and dates. Both fully appear to be traditional church weddings in full wedding dress etc.

My question is "are there rules of tradition/etiquette that determine where people stand in traditional wedding photos?

I have that the bride and bridegroom stand in the centre of the front row, but beyond that I don't know.

Any help appreciated.
