When you're researching and get stuck (for example can't find the parents of someone) and can't find documentation to support the next step but you find a tree that contains the information (unsupported). Do you stop there until you can find the documentation or do you move forward based on that tree?

If you move forward how do you note your tree that this is unverified information and may or may not be correct?
