You have Elizabeth Savory born 1835, this would make her 62 when she had George in 1901.
1901 Market Drayton,Victoria road.

William Savory ,widower,age 66 b. Etruria,Railway Eng. Driver
Elizabeth Bishop age 41 b. Fenton,daughter
James Bishop age 44 b. Brailes Warks,Railway foreman
William J b. Little Drayton
and I see from records that George was born there also.
1871 Railway cottages Fenton.
William Savory age 40
Hannah L age 44
Henry 16
Thomas 13
Elizabeth 11
Louisa 4
William 2
George 2 months all born Stoke on Trent.

William Savory had married Hannah Lockett Swetnam ,Christ church, Fenton 1853.
