I need all the help I can get in this area! If it weren't for a computer, I wouldn't even be able to get past my parents. Although my work is accurate, there is little documentation.
I have gotten a bit better at it since I started but there is still a lot lacking. It seems that I leave out important information to find the source again and my filing system...We won't get into that right now!
Any tips or tricks to avoid having to backtrack? Just what is needed to document an entry?
