Kylen Campbell has published an article 3 Jan. 2015 entitled "Breaking News on the Y-DNA of England's King Richard III. The article summarizes implications of recent Y-DNA testing.

"it cannot be determined at present when the non-paternity event occurred in the Plantagenet lineage, and whether most of the Plantagenet monarchs belonged to haplogroup G2 or R1b-U152. Both haplo-groups are considerably more common in France than in Britain, however, which is consistent with the French roots of the House of Plantagenet"
