      <description>"Packy" is pachy meaning thickening. Elephants are pachyderms, and known for their thick skin. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I don't know exactly what part of the brain would be thickened, the dura I would guess, and the causes could be anything from alcoholism to trauma. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Symptoms can be migraine-type headaches, and other abnormalities in blood work, brain scans, etc. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I don't enough about this to give "medical" advice, but pachy is a thickening.  Hope this helps a little bit. &lt;br&gt;</description>
