The 1958 American Medical Directory, p. 37 says that Illinois Medical College, in Chicago, was absorbed in 1910 by Bennett Medical College.
At an entry for the latter on the same page, it says Bennett Medical College in 1915 passed under control of the trustees of Loyola University. The next page says it then became the Loyola School of Medicine. In 1948 the name was changed to Stritch School of Medicine of Loyola University.
I'm not convinced I was of any help. Perhaps you can try the online catalog of the Library of Congress, which is not complete for the old titles, as far as I know :http://catalog.loc.gov/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?DB=local&PA...
