Hi Scott,

Below is a link to a scanned copy of the document. There is also a link at the bottom of the scanned image to view a transcript of the document.

It's interesting to note there were 547 Signers of the Declaration of Dependence as opposed to only 56 Signers of the Declaration of Independence. This was their second petition to the King. It is apparent they wanted to peaceably lobby for representation.
