Anyone have access to information which will show Jacob Waggoner, b. abt 1750, tenant of Sir John Johnson, Tryon Co., NY escaped to Quebec with Johnson and joined the King's Royal New York Regiment under Col. Johnson? All I have is a short paragraph with this information without source. I would like to confirm this info, plus dates of birth, marriage, death, etc. It's not likely that Jacob ever returned to the independent U.S.A. I have his children as Henry, George, Jacob, Solomon, Mary, Nancy, Katherine, and Margaret, with many unknown, estimated or unproven dates.
