I am looking for a Willis or Willy/Willie Alley. He is my grandmother's father. She thinks he was born around 1913 give or take a few years. I don't know his parents or if he had any siblings. The only things I know are that he had one daughter and she was born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1932 (my grandma) with a woman named Mollie Ladinsky. I'm pretty sure they were married at some point because I found a census report from 1940 with the name Mollie Alley and she declared her status as divorced.

We are missing this whole branch of our family history. If you know anything about this man please reply. Thanks!

I found a reference to Howard Dudley Baker as being the son of Carol Hickock Baker (who lived in Dallas in 1966.)

Carol Hickock Baker was the sister of Harold Clark Hickock, Jr. and the daughter of Harold C. Hickock and Ethel Howard Hickock.

I don't know if this is the same Howard Dudley Baker, but it's worth researching. I'll keep looking...

We received a call when Alex was about 6, informing us that his adoption was almost finalized. Our family was devistated. We had no idea that Hyun Joo even gave him up. At that point we were told that Alex had been with his foster family for little over a year, and that he was happy and healthy. My brother thought it would be less traumatic for Alex to stay with a family he had already grown to know. Mainly because Alex barely knew him. It's such a long and tragic story, and we hope and pray that one day Alex will come home to us.

First of all thank you for the reply.

I found the same address in NH as well but after a little research it's not his current address. What I did find though was back in 1993 the town of Goffstown NH did an annual report on the entire town. This report included a list of people who've died. It shows Harold Lajeunesse died October 30,1993 at age 48. I have a feeling this is him but I can't find an obituary or death certificate for him. I might be looking in the wrong places. Maybe I should take a trip to Goffstown and see what I can dig up....don't know. I just find it puzzling that I've found little to nothing about him.

I am searching for my step mother. My father married Gabriele in Dec of 1975. He died in a drowning accident in May of 1975. Directly after the funeral, Gabriele was gone. I have not been able to trace her. My family does not have any information on her that I can find. This is what I know. I believe she was born in Germany. I know she was born Feb 20, 1951. I know she married a Joe D. Devers in 1971 in Tennesee and divorced him the same year in Tarrant County Texas. I know that she and my father came to Arizona to get me from a foster home after my biological mother lost parental rights. We then went to (I think) Utah to visit her parents before returning to Fort Worth Texas. Gabriele and my father married Dec of 1974 and he died May 8th, 1975. I cannot find any record of her after that. I only want to reconnect. She was a lovely person and very kind. If anyone can help me locate her I would appreciate it.

As far as I have been told and I have never found any records. They were married Dec 5, 1974 in Tarrant County Texas. Fort Worth Texas. I have not found any record of this at all. And it is as if she has disappeared off the face of the earth. Thank you for helping me. The only record I have located is from a family bible.

The family member obituary I found from 09 has her as surname Cheese.Had found a family members facebook but couldn't find hers.

From FB looks like it's Darlene Gaston-Hollenquest

the other family member i have of her also goes by the Hollenquest last name atleast on FB.

The closest lead I have through fb searching is possibly a full name of Eddrena Kiona Cheese? FB profile is Drena Kionia with correct City to the info I have. Don't know 100% if Kionia is Maiden/Middle. A google search did bring up an old Twitter account with Drena Kionia Cheese with same picutre.

Think this is enough to mark 1 of the names as found?Only conflict maybe the difference in names but the Cheese name was found as I said in a 09 obituary for another family member.Based on ybooks the name change from Hollenquest to Cheese occured somewhere between 98-99.Can't find any Hollenquest or Cheese friends on Drena Kionia FB but a lot of people I knew from the time frame are fb friends with her.
