I am searching for my half brother Richard Eugene Cardwell. He was last known to be staying at the Belaire Hotel 1107 Carol Lane OKC, as of last year some time. I have called the hotel and have not been able to confirm that he is there. Must admit, they were not very helpful. Any information is more than welcomed. Not sure where else I could check?
