I am looking for my father's brother. His birth name was Kenneth Arthur Owens. He was born in November 1959 in Scranton, PA. He was separated from his brother and sisters after their mother passed away in 1960. He may have a different name. There was no legal adoption. I have no idea how to even search for him. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
