Brother and sister lived in a foster home while father fought for custody. Mother perhaps lived in Meriden CT. Father remarried a woman who may have had a daughter. They then had a child together (boy?). Jeff and Donna lived in a foster home for an extended period before going home to live with their dad. The time frame was most likely the early to mid 70's.
