I was able to locate Anderson and Alice in the 1940 Census of Curry County, NM, Distric 5-16 page 6 dated April 1, 1940.

It lists both Anderson and Alice being born in Oklahoma with Raymon age 4 and Lucill age 1 (spelling is from the census) being born in New Mexico. Anderson was 22 and Alice was 21 at the time of the census. Anderson worked for the WPA as a laborer.
