Thank you for trying to help. I plan to wait now until I receive his death record. On it there may be clues to see if he may have other living family a wife or children. I feel they may want to at least know that I have been trying to reach him. I want them to know I would have communicated years earlier if I had only known how to find them. It is not that my mother did not care about him, sh just did not know about him and was shocked when she found out.
