I live near Manchester, in the NW of England. I have Isabelle, or Isabella, on my tree, but no other information on her. Another sister, Drusilla, was a witness on the marriage certificate of Sarah and Isaac Smith (1853). John Careless was an iron puddler, a skilled and dangerous occupation involved in an early method for purifying high quality iron.
