Searching for ancestors who migrated to NZ in 1924 on board the ship Rimutaka.
Sometimes the spelling of the surname is McGuren but in the ships documents and the last census in Ireland it was spelt Maguren. Names that travelled were:
Patrick (Father) Aged 45 - think died 1951
Annie (Mother) Aged 42 - think died 1931
Kathleen Aged 21
John Aged 23
Patrick Aged 18
James Aged 4

If anyone has any information regarding the above we would be really pleased to hear from you. This is my husband John's ancestors and he has no relatations other than an Aunt who is in her 90's left in Ireland.
