Looking for a Richard Jankowitz who was on the U S S New Orleans in 1970-71. Looking for info on him for a friend of mine. Cecil Randal who was on the ship with him. Not sure of the spelling of the last name. Would appreciate any help. I believe he was from Trenton NJ at the time.
