I am looking for any information about my grandparents on my fathers side.
My father is John Joseph Ryan born November 1947 and died 23 August 1997.Dad had 1 sister and 5 brothers, Jennifer, Robert (ossel) Paul, David, Kenneth (Kenny), David and Kevin
His father's name was Aubrey Ernest Ryan born 1921 and died in 1983.
His mother's name is Joan Margaret Burns and I'm not quite sure of her parents names, however she has sisters called Bessie (who married David Ritchie"Sands") and Noelene who married Arthur Larrigo. Both of these fellows were of aboriginal descent and I'm wondering if the reason I am unable to find any records is that there is the possibility of further aboriginality.
