Last seen at home of Julia V. (Leiby, Leibig) Downs. At the time of her death, it disappeared. She was living in Peoria, Illinois South of McClure St. on Floral Ave. Her Husband's name was Leo Downs. Her Brother's name was Albert Leon Leiby. She also had a Sister named Bertha. Julia's Husband died before her. She died in September of 1974. We believe her Bible contained many family births, marriages, deaths, etc. She may have been receiving help or advice from a younger male hair dresser or beauty parlor owner at time of death.
