I'm looking for a man who goes or went by the nickname "Culpepper" who is from Georgia or lived in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm estimating he was born between the mid 20's or early 30's. I believe he is fair skinned or light skinned. I'm not sure of what his real name is but from the information I received from my grandmother that he went mostly by his nickname. If anyone knows of a man who goes by this name and matches the description please contact me with the information that you have its a possibilty he may be my great grandfather
