Does anyone know anything about the Moore/Nowlin family who lived in Letcher County, KY? Specifically Charles Moore married to Nancy Jane Williams. I haven't been able to find anything on these people - my great-grandparents. Apparently something happened and there's a question about the last name, whether it's Nowlin or Moore. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
