Hi everyone, this is a 2nd attempt on finding out how my Great Grandfather Daniel J Sullivan got over to the USA. He left Wales in 1912, leaving behind a wife and daughter to start a new life for himself in Buffalo NY. I cannot find what ship he went over on or which port he arrived at. I have been trying for about a year now and just cannot find him listed anywhere. If there is anyone with any advice i would appreciate hearing from you. I will list a little info about him, Daniel J Sullivan born 1874 in Merthyr Tydfil, died 1936 in Buffalo NY. He decided to leave in 1912 when my Nan was 2 yrs old for reason's we still don't know to this day and he never came back to Britain again. I think he was abit of a tom pepper and lied about his age, also would have possibly said he was Irish rather than Welsh as his parent's were born in Bantry Co Cork, Ireland.
