No, these aren't my ancestors. I did a volunteer look-up for you. Your message indicated they came in the early 1860's. But I found this family group for the time period of the 1850's. I didn't know if they could be related to you or not. I did not find the Pritchard name for the time period you requested.
My Welsh ancestry is Williams...and that is like looking for a needle in a haystack!!

Are you looking for a Caroline Pritchard, b. 1836, in Shropshire? The Caroline I know about, from Hopton Castle, was married in 1858, to Jeremiah Lewis, b. 1834, from Newcastle Clun. I don't know the year they came to the USA, but they lived in the Racine, WI area for a time, then moved to Iowa. Jeremiah's father was James, Caroline's father was Francis. Their daughter, Fannie, b. 1860, married John Dakins, originally from Rodenorshire, Wales.

If the Caroline Pritchard who married Jeremiah Lewis is the correct person, I can send you a copy a certified copy of thier marriage certificate. Their first three children were born in England, Fannie(Mrs John Dakins) 1860, Nellie(Mrs Francis L Subrod) 1862, and Mary/Polly(Mrs. John J Flynn)1865. The rest of the children were born in Racine Wisconsin, their names are: Lucy, Sarah(Sadie), Edwin, Delia, Celia, and Alice. I also have a family group sheet.
