For other researchers I'd like to offer an FYI:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._LouisI'm just checking Census records in the US and see there were .hundreds. of people in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1910 with the MEYERS name and about the same for the MEYER spelling. So far I'm not seeing a .. Seth .. but in 1910 there were 3 women, named Eva MEYER, in St. Louis.
What I'm not finding is too many with these names - as being born in Canada. And, you didn't state in your query whether Seth and Eva were born in Canada. And, you didn't state their approximate ages. And, if not born in Canada, when did they arrive there?
Two of the Eva MEYER's in St. Louis in 1910 do not match up, and I can't read the page for the 3rd one.
I'm checking at
www.familysearch.org and there are people with those names showing up, but they seem to be all of people born after 1900. This is one record:
