I am trying to find the right Mary Kell, or Kells that married James O'Connor in Quebec (Frampton) at an Anglican Church there. I know James was born in Ireland(not sure precisely where) and Mary was born in England.
They had several children
Elizabeth the oldest born around 1838 later m Willaim Adam in CA
Jane later m William Dougherty in CA(lumber king)
Matthew later m Mary Bradley(1 of my grandfathers sisters)*
Thomas
Patrick m 2x's (1)Sarah Doherty of Missouri, and later Margaret Bradley
Jane m James Lawlor in CA
Margaret m James Thorpe in CA
Anastasia
All of family were in the Santa Clara/Santa Cruz areas of Ca by the 1850 census. So they wouldn't show up on what I'm told is the first census in Canada in 1852.
I gave all the above inf because O'Connor is such a common name.
I don't need inf on O'Connors (unless its James parents and sibblings)
as I have quite a bit. I'm just trying to determine if the little inf I have about Mary Kell is the right Mary Kell, I'm a bit skeptical.
Who were her parents, her sibblings..
Any help on the Kell/s would be very appreicated. Thank you
