I have just had a quick look on Ancestry for the 1901 census. In 1901 this Elise was living with her mother Alice Emma now Mrs Thomas William WRAIGHT. Thomas was a farmworker in Stalisfield, Kent and Alice was born in Edmonton in Middlesex (part of London) abt 1872. She had several step-brothers and sisters.

There are several other Elsie HIORNS around in the country at the time, but this one is being actively researched as she is part of soem family trees. Of course she may not be 'yours'!
