Does anyone have the Passenger list Pls? My G/G/Parents(Patrick & Margaret Hickey came November 1857 with their infant son James Hickey from Limerick, Lattin Parish area of Ireland; hoping to find siblings or relatives who might have come of the Hickeys!!!

Hi,

The passenger list for the Morning Light can be obtained from the Public Record Office Victoria.
Google that name and then select Index to Unassisted Inward Passenger Lists. By just putting the ships name and 1857 into the search box you can get a complete passenger list. If you put in the surname, only those with that name will show.

I have my g-grandfather's listing - received from Victorian Records Office, just the page for him.
Cost me $19 - he too was Irish - Peter Roddy. Too far down the alphabet for any chance of seeing the Hickeys listing. Keep in touch. Email me.
