I looked at this out of curiosity and my interpretation is as follows:
Dwojre Arewitsch, aged 44, is a housewife travelling with her two sons Herschim, aged 16 and Herschko, aged 9. (the word children is written beneath their surname).
Dwojre is unable to read or write (english!), but Herschim, who is a farm labourer, can read and write. Their race is Hebrew and they came from a town in Russia which I read as Kebylira?
The nearest relative is "father Beurion Czepanick" and I read his address as "Rozenhoje Kiev Russia". For the children, the word "grandfather" has been written.
I hope this helps!
