I think I got the answer on finding the page. I called Ancestry and they walked me through. I was not seeing the images for the handwritten pages. It was either my setting or they also told me that it works best with 32 and my computer was set at 64. Not sure if this was it because I was still on 64 and able to see images. I still have not found record for my ancestor but not finished checking.
