I have found a passenger list that contains the primary immigrants for my ancestral line.

Listed are Luwick Evaldt, Agnes Evaldt, and under "children's names" there are Johannes Evaldt, and Maria Evaldt.

They arrived in the United States on the Brigatine Pennsylvania Merchant on September 18, 1733

I know everyone but Maria Evaldt.

I had seen one record that I cannot locate again that indicated Maria might have been the Wife of Johannes, but considering that he was listed as a child (under the age of 16) I am skeptical.

Does anyone know if it would have been common for a male, a Palatine (German), to become married so young? It seems like it would make sense that you would want to get married before moving to a new country were there would be few eligible females, even if you were young.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I might locate information on how Maria would be related to Johnannes?
