Both Ludwig and Carl were both Lutheran and identified as German ancestory. Ludwig was 24 and Carl was 18 when they emigrated. It looks like they were farm labourers in Russia and they know that they are moving to Saskatchewan when they came to Canada. Both Ludwig and Carl were single when they came to Canada. Unfortunately I do not know how they got to Glasgow, Scotland where they took the Saturnia. They arrived in Canada in April 10/1911 and the ship arrived in St. John's, New Brunswick.
