It's looking like I'm going to have to learn to read German or Ukrainian. It's possible that the colony is in the district of Eutopia, and I've been following that lead. But then I found another website that indicated three possible villages called something-Ablam, or Ablam-something, and two of those were definitely daughter villages of Neusatz. Ach Gott!
