Gothenburg to Hull, then to which US port?

Can anyone tell me where to search next for US arrival records? I have found my 3grgrandmother and her four children traveling via ship Orlando in June 1880 form Gothenberg to Hull. Would they have taken a different ship from England to US then or the same, and what port would they have entered. I searched Ellis Island with no luck. Here is the record info. She also had four small children with her, traveling to Cokato, Minnesota, where I'm assuming her husband went ahead, but have not found his ship record at all yet.

The Orlando was a Wilson Line ship (Google for more information) that carried passengers from Gothenburg to Hull, England. Once there the emigrants boarded a train for Liverpool and from there to a variety of ports in North America. 1880 is too early for Ellis Island, if they landed in NYC they came through Castle Garden (use Wikipedia to learn more). But some landed in Boston, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Quebec, and other places. Some of my Swedes came into the US through Philadelphia. I have not found all of them in the passenger lists yet and have been looking for some time. Use google to find the passenger lists of immigrant ships, make guesses and try and try again. It may take some persistence. Good hunting, Mary Ann
