Looking to find where in Ireland my ancestors came from. All the information I have is:
Two brothers came over on coal boat 1823. Patrick Ryan born 1798 and his brother Michael Ryan.
Patrick settled in Lingan (now River Ryan) Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. Michael got off boat in Harbor Grace, Newfoundland.
