Surnames: Rappaccioli
I am looking for records of arrival to the USA for the following : Giovanni Rappaccioli, his wife Louisa Guainazzi their daughter Adelaide born in England in 1893 and their son Nelson born in Italy on Nov 26 1898 THey would have arrived in early 1900 and settled in New York,, At this time,they changed their name to Loring. Giovanni became a citizen on october 26 1899

Your dates are contradictory and also at odds with the date of his Declaration of Intention. If Giovanni was naturalized 26 Oct 1899, he could not have arrived in "early 1900."
Also his Declaration of Intention was filed 9 July 1897.

His date of arrival noted on the NY Naturalization index is 1 Mar 1884. However, I did not find his record. If his children were, indeed, born abroad in 1893 and 1898 there is some question as to whether the naturalization record and corresponding 1884 arrival are for your man.

The 1920 NY census gives Giovani (Ernest) immigration year as 1894 and Louisa and the children's as 1898

However if you look at the 1910 census, the dates given are 1897 for Ernest and 1899 for Louisa and the children

I suspect that the 1884 date is wrong . It is more likely that he arrived in 1894
