I don't think that last Elizabeth Coutts is her, so I wouldn't waste time on it. ....I had a look at the Canadian census though, and I may or may not have stumbled upon some information.
1916 census of Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta.
Robert Coutts, aged 30, born Scotland. Married to Margaret Coutts with a newly born son, Daniel. Living at 15, MacKenzie, Saskatchewan. Address: 35,30,W7, Livingston. (Probably married only a year or two)
Also 1916, same area...James Coutts, aged 25, born 1891 Scotland. Living at 09, Last Mountain, Saskatchewan.
Address: 24,2,W3, Huron 223. ....He is the brother of the head of the house, who is William Coutts, aged 34 who is married to Elizabeth Coutts aged 30. William & Elizabeth have a child William, aged 1. This place is just north of the South Saskatchewan River.
Finally, there is a 1911 census of Canada, with an Elizabeth Coutes on it. The original has some very poor writing on it, and when I looked, I thought it looked more like COUTTS than Coutes as transcribed. She is 23, born Mar 1888 Scotland, and had immigrated 1911. She is living at the Province of Saskatchewan, District of Saskatoon. District number 216, Sub-district Broadrick and Glenside Villages. She is a lodger with a George and Mary Black, and a James Cratty.
Does any of the above information ring true?
