Unless you are the patient concerned, there is no chance for another 15 years (i.e. until they are 100 years old) and then only if the relevant records have been deposited in an archive rather than disposed of. If you can wait, you may be lucky as many hospital records from the first part of the 20th century have been preserved in local archives.
One less than happy consequence of modern data protection legislation is that almost all medical records are now disposed of within decades. Our descendants will have a much harder job researching our lives than we do those of our ancestors...
