Identification of Italian coat-of-arms

Hi all,

First time here...

On a stamp published in 1934 in Italy, a coat-of-arms is displayed along with the royal arms of Savoy. This coat-of-arms has not been identified, and now I am asking all of you for help. The coat-of-arms can be seen in the right corner of the stamps, which can be seen at:

If you click on the stamps, the picture will be enlarged.

The blazon, which is only an attempt, could be: A bend dexter, accompanied on each side by two (?-pointed) stars, the base barry of three, on a chief (probably) or an eagle sable (the capo dell'Impero). On the helmet two (or three) ostrich feathers.

Perhaps the arms is parted per fess instead of having a base - hard to tell from the pictures.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance
