I think that Steven hit the nail fair and square when he said,"If you can trace your lineage back to one or both of these armorial branches ..." - because that is what you will have to do - trace your lineage back generation by generation starting with yourself. You will need the Birth/Baptism, and Marriage dates for each generation including all the children of each marriage. Dates of Death/Burial also assist as they can eliminate certain cadet lines of the family if the child died before adulthood. The research for each generation will have to be fully documented if you are to have any chance of providing a positive link to one of those armigers. This can be a costly exercise as genealogical researchers do not come cheap. I wish you the best of luck if you chose to go down this path - please let us know if you have any success.
