Say for instance you have a personal grant of arms and you find that you are the heir to an older coat of arms that belonged to an ancestor. Can you re-matriculate to have the arms marshaled with quarterings that represent your original grant and the grant to your ancestor? I am interested if this is possible and would greatly appreciate some advice. It would be strange to have two sets of coat of arms (ancestral and personal).
