It's a pity that it doesn't conform to the basic Rules of Heraldry. You can't have a blue charge on green background. Neither can you have a black label of three points on a green background. However, you could change the green background for one of the 'metals' (silver/white or gold/yellow).
The label of three points denotes an eldest son of the armiger - why did you have it there - are you designing them for your father and this is your shield? Or if you were designing it for your grandfather, and presuming that your father is the eldest son ( and you also) then you could have a label of five points.
Unfortunately, the design is so basic that I fear that it would conflict with a previously authorised/registered armorial achievement (coat of arms).
