Hi.
I very much doubt that this is a British coat of arms and it certainly has no connection with anything any that might be classed as British royalty. The 'give-away' is the type of crown that sits over the shield. I couldn't find the shield design itself as a registered coat of arms, but having said that, my records cease at the end of the 19th century.
The design itself doesn't gel as 'correct heraldry' with the three hunting horns being the same tincture as the colour of the chevronel. If they are supposed to be charges on a chevron (which is what is normally the case), the chevronel wouldn't be a chevronel, but a chevron, which is twice as thick as a chevronel.
Sorry that I couldn't be of more assistance.
