2 Possibilities exits here because of time and place.
a)Both arms may be correct and the family difference the arms with postition of items on the arms. So there may be other variations.
b)Rietstap worked tirelessly recorded arms to the point of exhaustion and may have not properly recorded the arms OR Rollands drew the arms incorrectly based on Rietstap's "General Armorial" (Several mistakes found in the AG, but still a most impressive body of work)
