The arms would appear to be those registered in the surname of KLEINDIENST but, according to the official blazon, they're all drawn up incorrectly. What it should be is arms quartered with the 1st & 4th quarters parted per bend sinister (not as 'per bend' shown in your accompanying image) with the top left as red (Gules)and the bottom right as silver (Argent) with the leaping wolf counterchanged (red on the silver and silver on the red), and the 2nd & 3rd quarters being gold (Or) with a curved chevron between three rooster's heads, all black (Sable).
The crest is supposed to be a silver demi-leaping wolf leaping towards the top left.
What this normally means is that the 1st and 4th quarters are the husband's arms (Kleindienst) and the 2nd and 3rd quarters are the arms of an heraldic heiress - you would need to do a properly documented pedigree going back to that particular marriage to ascertain just whose arms are actually borne in the 2nd and 3rd quarters. I couldn't find them registered under the HOSHOUR surname.
