Sorry to disappoint you, but there is no such thing as the TULLIS family coat of arms. Arms belong to a person and his legitimate heirs.

As far as I'm aware, there are no arms registered to anyone surnamed Tullis in Scotland. However, just to make sure, why not enquire fron the Scottish Heraldic Authority (Office of the Lord Lyon) just to make sure.
